[The Springer Opera House] was able to quickly establish this program effectively in local schools due its basis on 20 years on teaching through the Springer Academy. I feel the [Office of Crime Prevention] Board and City Council continue to support its funding because it is a proven solution to this problem, changing behavior by fostering connection, community and new ways to learn.”
