“Where I live is like a prison. I like it downtown, but I don’t have any money. I’ve been married six years and my husband told me to go to the corner and sell my ass because we need money. I told him, “You sell YOUR ass!” I’m not scared of him, even though we’ve had our troubles and fought. My mom always told me I was trouble and a troubled child. But you know what happened the other day? My sister-in-law stole my makeup! Now I don’t have anything for my face.”
